travelpl.club operates under Polish Law. By accessing this website or purchasing any package, you agree that any dispute, claim, or matter arising from your use of the service shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Poland.

2. Nature of the Services

All services offered by travelpl.club are purely informational and advisory. We provide expert travel guidance, educational roadmaps, written reports, and consulting sessions intended to help clients understand EU mobility, Schengen compliance, and remote-work pathways.

travelpl.club does not:

• Operate as a travel agency or book flights, accommodation, or transport.
• Submit visa applications on behalf of clients.
• Guarantee visa, residence permit, or border approvals — these decisions rest exclusively with the competent national authorities.
• Provide binding legal, tax, or immigration representation.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and lawful information when engaging our services. You remain solely responsible for any decisions you take based on our guidance, including travel, residency, and tax filings.

4. Payments, Fees & Refunds

Fees for each package are displayed in EUR on our Pricing page. Payment is due in full at the time of order. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Polish law, travelpl.club's aggregate liability arising from or related to the services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific package giving rise to the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

All written reports, action plans, templates, and materials delivered by travelpl.club are licensed to the purchasing client for personal use only and may not be redistributed.
