travelpl.club ("we", "us") processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR") and applicable Polish data-protection law. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the rights you have.
1. Data We Collect
- Contact details you submit through our intake form: full name, email, WhatsApp number, profession, selected package.
- Consultation content: documents and information you share with us during engagements.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP, browser, timestamps) for security and analytics.
2. Purposes & Legal Bases
- To deliver the consulting services you purchase — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To respond to your inquiries — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To meet bookkeeping and tax obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
3. Data Sharing
We share data only with vetted processors strictly necessary to operate the service (e.g. email hosting, payment processing, video conferencing). We never sell personal data.
4. Data Retention
Consultation records are retained for the duration of the engagement and up to 24 months thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g. accounting records).
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).
6. International Transfers
Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
